From Trillium Lake | Acrylic on Panel | 6×6”
I paint this scene about once a year, it’s always fun. Today I used Golden So Flat acrylics—they’re basically acrylic gouache equivalent paints without any sheen. I used the following colors: alizarin crimson permanent, ultramarine, cadmium yellow hue, yellow ochre and burnt Sienna, along with some leftover grey on my palette. Gloss varnish applied.
If you’re interested in picking this up, its $180- framed in a walnut ampersand floating frame.
