Hudson Springs Park | Gouache on Paper | 6×9
Hudson Springs park in Hudson OH, iced over for winter. It snowed after I left, we were visiting family for Christmas, but the sunset reflections on the ice were beautiful, so there was some consolation for my kids missing the snow.
This is the first thing I’ve done in gouache for a while—I’ve been getting tired of the plasticky feel of acrylic. I’ve ordered some supplies to make some casein paint, which I’m looking forward to trying.
